Before I put on my make-up I use Tea-tree oil on a cotton bud and smooth over my spots. 90% it works all the time.

Our family has this issue. My Mom had them, I have them, some of my children and grandchildren have them. In our family there is one major culprit…chocolate. I don’t care what people say…chocolate doesn’t cause it…oh YES IT DOES, in our family. Maybe not in others, but for sure in ours. I won’t even buy chocolate anymore, I love it, it doesn’t love me, nor many others in our family. I was in my 30s before I figured it out! I’m 70…have worn old lady white cotton undies for many decades. I don’t wear synthetic clothing, My grandchildren (2 years, 7 years, etc)…yep, butt pimples about a week after having a nice dose of chocolate. The pimples go away and stay away for months at a time until indulgence comes along…then a couple pimples pop up again. Other sweets do not cause them for us, no does fast food, pizza or dairy. If this note helps one out of a thousand, that would be great. Try it…get chocolate out of your diet for a month or two and see if there is a change. If not, you can always go back to it, just an experiment to try.

I am 11 and my pimples are really bad. I use the toothpaste regularly and the ice one. DO NOT use Colgate toothpaste with the blue and white it burns your face. When I washed it off I had scars and some of my pimples got bigger. It is better to use plain white toothpaste.
