A strange fact about acne related to nutrients is that people with low levels of Vitamin A and Vitamin E in their blood tend to acquire acne and suffer heavily from that problem, compared to people with higher levels of these two vitamins and at the same time…
Some foods are also known to trigger pimples. These include dairy, soy, sugar, and bread. Milk and soy can trigger hormone changes while sugar and bread, specifically wheat, can cause inflammation. Some varieties of bread contain wheat, sugar, and dairy all in one. If you’re looking for another solution for your acne, giving up bread might be an answer.
I would not use toothpaste either. It would burn the skin and I heard darken the zit. I used a pill called Wipeout from stop acne fast that worked. it took some time but it worked real well. I also showered three times a day and changed my pillowcases every two days.
Well, I tried the ice before and it worked and also the toothpaste. I use close up toothpaste really. And the ice treatment, i do it three times a day for a week and the toothpaste, forever. But When I tried the lemon or the honey, my pimples grew, and it increased in numbers. So I just recommend the ice and toothpaste thingy. 😀 Hope I could help.

Shampoo your hair regularly. Oils from your hair can cause acne. In addition, change your pillowcase every week. The oils that transfer to your pillowcase from your face and hair tend to be dirty and irritating. They’re best to avoid.

Wash your face with water and pat dry. Rinse 3 strawberries and mash them up well, taking care that they don’t get over-mashed and runny. Add the strawberries to two teaspoons of honey, and thoroughly blend them together. Apply to your face and let the mixture sit for 20 minutes. Rinse off completely with warm water, pat dry, and moisturize if your skin has a tendency to dry out. Use twice a week for at least a month.
