i had really acne on my forehead, chest, shoulders, and back and it was because i was eating so much junk and im an althele and i work out a lot and i take showers right after but i guess not soon enough and i currently gotten rid of teh acne on my forehead, and chest i am struggling with the acne on my back and shoulders. Pop your pimple with an extraction tool. Use a sterile pimple extraction tool (most look like small metal nooses) to empty your pores. Disinfect the pimple and the surrounding area using a cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol. The study asked participants to apply tea tree oil to the affected area of the face twice a day for three months with assessments conducted at four, eight and 12 weeks of use.   1. Don’t sit around in sweaty clothes after working out or doing an activity that makes you sweat. Those dirty clothes are keeping the sweat on your skin, which is going to cause you to break out. Also, just sitting in sweat for hours isn’t good for acne. Shower right after a sweat sesh, or if that’s not possible, at least wipe the area and change.
    There’s nothing more disappointing than waiting until your 20s to finally have clear skin, and then learning the hard way that bad breakouts don’t necessarily end when your teenage years do. Coming to terms with adult acne is difficult—best rest assured, you’re not the only grown woman dealing with zits.
