I really have a bad acne since 2 years…..I m trying toothpaste since last week but it has not done much wonder…!!ice has reddened d skin more,honey is giving a ground for large pimples to grow,gonna try lemon n sugar solution .. :(upset..its very irritating sumtyms u talk to people n instead of listening to u dey stare at ur face…all this is very annoying
Get at least eight hours of sleep. Sleeping kills two birds with one stone, as it helps to relax your body as well as detoxify it. If you aren’t getting enough sleep, chances are your skin hasn’t had the time or ability to renew its skin cells. Regulate your sleep cycle by going to bed at a consistent time every night and sleeping for a minimum of eight hours at least.

Also.. ice, ice, ice, ice. I always rub ice on my face before washing my face (both morning and night). It feels great and is a wonder for redness as well. It’s important to get a lot of Vitamin C intake in your diet as well because what you put inside your body greatly affects your skin. Drink a lot of water too.
Mix into a fine gloopy paste, spread over face, leave it on for half an hour, gently rub/wash off, then moisturise. I do this daily. lemon juice is fading my old scars and discolouration, the honey soothes my dry bits and fights bacteria and the sandalwood exfoliates and tones as it’s astringent (and I really like the smell, if you don’t like it I think rose water would be a good substitute!)

Hi! I recently tried out the toothpaste – it didn’t work for me because I have sensitive skin, so if you do have sensitive skin, I advise you don’t do it, otherwise go ahead. Only do the toothpaste once or twice a week, your skin can get really dry if you do.
